All wholesale buyers must submit a completed Vermont Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for purchases made for resale, by exempt organizations, or under a direct pay permit. Orders cannot be processed without a valid certificate on file.
Retailers who have a physical shop and/or an online store are eligible for our wholesale program and can apply for an account.
We review each new account on a case-by-case basis, considering volume, region, store type, and product offering. A retailer with multiple locations should submit each individual location for approval.

For clients seeking a truly personal touch, we offer hand-painted watercolor designs created from a submitted photo—your home, a treasured object, or a symbol rich with meaning. Each commission becomes the signature artwork for your A Post in Time collection. As part of this bespoke experience, you’ll also receive the original 5x7 watercolor.

To protect the integrity of our brand and support our retail partners, Party in the Orchard maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy.
Retailers may not advertise our products below the MAP listed on our current wholesale price sheet across any channel, including websites, email, social media, or third-party marketplaces. MAP applies to advertised pricing only; in-store and point-of-sale pricing is at the retailer’s discretion.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.

Opening orders require a $500 minimum, and repeat order items require a $250 minimum.
Special conditions may apply if an order is placed on hold at the retailer's request or if it contains backordered items. You will be notified of any backordered items. Backorders will ship separately once items are back in stock, unless you contact us to request shipment together. Payment for backorders will process shortly before shipping, and shipping charges will apply.
All first orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Payments for PITO orders can only be made by credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as A Post In Time.
Payments for orders through Sales Reps can be made by check (preferred) or credit card. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged a $30 fee. Late payments will incur a 10% monthly late fee.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Payments for orders will be processed prior to shipping.
All orders, domestic and international, are shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our headquarters in Vermont.
Shipping costs are determined in your shopping cart at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. A nominal handling fee will be added to all orders, in addition to shipping costs. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
Party In The Orchard is not responsible for any shipping carrier delays.

Processing time: Most orders ship within 6-8 business days of confirmation.

Processing time for Show orders: 30 Days, rush orders may be accommodated within 14 days.
Turnaround times do not include shipping time, which is based on your selected carrier at checkout.

Cancellations and changes to an order must be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations or order reductions made more than 24 hours ago will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must be reported and postmarked within 5 business days of receipt. The returned merchandise must be unused, and in resalable condition to receive credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Incorrect or damaged merchandise must be reported by phone or email within 5 business days of receipt. Please save all contents and packing materials. We will make every effort to replace the merchandise in a timely manner.
No monetary refund will be issued. Shipments determined to be lost after a thorough review of delivery confirmation tracking will be replaced.Party In The Orchard reserves the right to refuse orders or terminate approved accounts not in compliance at any time.
Given that a 30-day written notice is provided to members.Selling on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or other third-party websites is prohibited.
All online stores must credit Party In The Orchard on any Party In The Orchard products listed for sale.
Wholesale memberships will expire after one year of inactivity.
